Terms & Conditions — 6kdb Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6kdb ("6kdb", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 6kdb website at https://6kdb.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6kdb platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 6kdb, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other supported markets), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game-show titles), online slots, and specialty games such as Fishing Expert and Tower.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of 6kdb is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any way.

By completing the registration process, ticking the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" checkbox, or by simply using any part of the 6kdb platform after these Terms have been published, you are confirming your acceptance. If you are accessing 6kdb on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms.

6kdb reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to applicable law and any obligations under these Terms regarding account balance settlement.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the 6kdb platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity for commercial gambling purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 6kdb or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a way that would make your participation on 6kdb unlawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any other person.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 6kdb, or of any game supplier whose products are available on the platform.

Age Verification

6kdb reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. During any period in which an age verification request is pending, 6kdb may restrict withdrawal of funds from the account. If a player fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in a request, 6kdb may suspend or close the account.

In the event that a player is found to have been under the age of 18 at any time during which they held an account on 6kdb, any and all winnings generated during that period are void and will be forfeited. The original deposit amount may be returned at 6kdb's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 6kdb. Opening, attempting to open, or using more than one account — whether under your own name, under a different name, using a different email address, different mobile number, or different payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed without notice and any balances therein may be voided.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 6kdb accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 6kdb will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 6kdb support immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC)

6kdb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time during your use of the platform. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

6kdb supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), and select domestic bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits set by 6kdb.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to the withdrawal limits of your payment method and any account-level verification status.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 6kdb does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make a deposit, as an anti-money-laundering control. If your original deposit method is no longer available, please contact support for guidance.

Deposit Ownership

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own and that you are not using funds derived from illegal activity. 6kdb reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on large or unusual deposit patterns and may request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6kdb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. They may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement). The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• If a player attempts to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, 6kdb reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• 6kdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Any active bonus in a player's account at the time of cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes, hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 6kdb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are accessible within the relevant game lobby or sports betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game or market rule and these Terms, the specific rule will prevail in relation to that particular game or market.

Sports Betting

Bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other supported sports markets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time the bet is placed. Live (in-play) betting is available on selected markets. 6kdb reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or restrict maximum stake amounts at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for that sport. As a general rule, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result is achievable, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.

Casino and Specialty Games

All casino game outcomes — including live dealer tables, online slots, Fishing Expert, and Tower — are determined by independently audited random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by Evolution Gaming or Ezugi in licensed studio environments. 6kdb does not manipulate game outcomes.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are those certified by the relevant game provider. 6kdb does not modify RTP values from those supplied by the provider.

Bet Errors and System Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious pricing error, a technical glitch resulting in an incorrect displayed odd, or a data feed error — 6kdb reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it. 6kdb will not be liable for any winnings generated as a result of a manifest error.

7 Responsible Gaming

6kdb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to ensuring that all players can engage with the platform in a safe and controlled manner. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a way to generate income or to recover from financial losses.

Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered 6kdb players from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The suspension cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Players who self-exclude will not be contacted with promotional materials and will be prevented from re-registering for a minimum of 12 months.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6kdb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or creating accounts in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, access account features, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, platform error, or pricing mistake for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or using the 6kdb platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after using deposited funds.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or personal information.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in relation to markets offered on 6kdb.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6kdb staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or account controls.

6kdb reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to withhold funds pending investigation for a reasonable period. If an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, the player's account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6kdb platform — including but not limited to the 6kdb brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 6kdb or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6kdb platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any 6kdb content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any 6kdb software.
• Create derivative works based on 6kdb's content, design, or software.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on any 6kdb material.

Game titles, graphics, and software provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by 6kdb under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6kdb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

6kdb provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

In the event that 6kdb is found liable for any loss or damage in connection with your use of the platform, our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 6kdb account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Suspension by 6kdb

6kdb reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if your account activity raises concerns under our security, fraud prevention, or anti-money-laundering procedures. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals.

Termination by 6kdb

6kdb reserves the right to permanently close your account if an investigation concludes that you have materially breached these Terms. In such circumstances, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. The disposition of your remaining real-money balance will depend on the nature and severity of the breach; in cases of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Closure by Player

You may close your 6kdb account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Note that if you close your account with an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any legal obligation you have under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of your account, your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

12 Amendments to These Terms

6kdb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6kdb will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may, at its discretion, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 6kdb platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

6kdb will provide at least 7 days' notice before material changes to bonus terms, withdrawal limits, or fee structures take effect for existing players. Changes made for legal or regulatory compliance purposes may take effect immediately.
